As a Product Manager you would work at the intersection of business strategy, product design, software development and delivery. You would be a leader who works in a collaborative environment, focused on delivering products that exceed business and user demands and while doing so, building strong relationships with our clients and across our internal cross-functional teams.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like:

  • You will drive product discovery and validation through customer interviews, prototyping and experiments ... (e.g. defining and understanding of user personas, user journeys, user interviews) and articulate them into clear business objectives
  • Work closely with clients and users to understand business and product objectives 
  • Lead ongoing product initiatives, identifying areas of success as well as continuous improvement 
  • Drive the creation of the product roadmap, ensuring it is in line with key business objectives and stakeholders expectations.
  • Create and manage product backlog based on business, market and user needs
  • Lead collaboration of blended cross-functional teams which consist of engineers, product designers, marketing and engage them all around the same project vision
  • Manage the delivery process in order to deliver a product or product initiatives according to agreements made 

‍What experience and skills will make you successful in this job:

  • Minimum of two years of proven experience in product management with digital products
  • A track record of launching consumer-facing products and services (B2B or B2C)
  • Understanding the importance of data and analytics for digital products 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in doing market research
  • Ability to understand (or quickly learn about) different business domains and think about them in a goal-oriented way
  • General understanding of the technical and design aspects in digital product development with the ability to communicate effectively with developers and designers
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills (especially well informed prioritization)
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, great energy and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive, confident with a can-do attitude
  • Experience using Jira/Trello
  • Fluent English

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working with start-ups
  • Experience in the Lean/Agile approach to software development
  • Design or tech background
  • Experience with working on more than one product

  • You are looking to become a Chief Product Officer
  •  You need to work in a highly structured environment and need a lot of guidance and instructions
  • You want to work on multiple products at the same time or on extensive product portfolio - at d.labs you will work on one product with one client (our clients are fully focused on  one product as they are in early or mid-stage of start-up development)
  • You prefer to focus in depth on one area of product development
